Hi, I’m Ashley Jo.

Author. Speaker. Sober Mom. Podcaster. Griever. Wife.

I wrote a book I never meant to write—about a life I never meant to live—marked by addiction, child loss, the blended family grind, and a faith that nearly slipped through my fingers.

I heal out loud so others can too.

“I’ve been in some incredibly dark places—where I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. By sharing my story, I hope to reach those still hurting, so they know they’re not alone—and survival is possible.”

About the Book

Coming to Amazon November 18!

Tides of Grief, Waves of Grace is my life’s work.

It’s a memoir of scandal, sobriety, heartbreak, and healing—recounting the loss of my son, the demise of my marriage, and my journey through addiction (as a spouse and an individual). I reveal the grief that nearly shattered me, the faith that fell apart, and the slow work of rebuilding after hitting rock bottom.

If you’ve ever faced unthinkable loss and wondered if you could survive, this book is for you.
